After 28 played minutes Defense got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Nelson. Eddie Bryant's late challenge caught a Yo-Yo Aria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddie Bryant helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Defense's Eddie Bryant got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Defense! The referee gave Yo-Yo Aria FC a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Frankie Myers, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Defense's Doug Sutton. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Purkiss in the 37th minute of play forced Defense's goalkeeper Doug Sutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doug Sutton made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Frankie Myers sent off a good shot on target. After 68 played minutes Yo-Yo Aria FC got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Preston. 70 minutes into the match, Defense's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Purkiss came free, but Doug Sutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Damion Barkley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Yo-Yo Aria FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Jeremy Emmerson hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Yo-Yo Aria FC's goalkeeper Reno Cimas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Bright. In the 91st minute Kris Coote shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doug Sutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yo-Yo Aria FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Defense for a fine match.
