After a rather tough play, Felix's Abraham Parry got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 14 minutes of play, Felix's Ronnie Dixon made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Addison was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute Junior Wootton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Addison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Felix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Junior Wootton to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Cliff Carr ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Addison was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Joel Addison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Wootton, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Turtle Woods's Joel Addison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Perkins in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Kirk Welch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Addison was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Joel Addison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Wootton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Halliday in the 40th minute of play forced Turtle Woods's goalkeeper Joel Addison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as George Dearden kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tom Hodgson. That made the score 1-6 in the 48 minute of play. The Turtle Woods players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Felix were winning 1-6.

The wind increased when Ciprian Soare made the kick off in the second half. Tom Hodgson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Dearden in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Turtle Woods's Loyd Harrington got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ivan Perkins scored 1-7 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joel Addison, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Turtle Woods defense, Ivan Perkins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Addison. The Turtle Woods fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Addison should have stopped the shot. After 64 minutes of play Felix's Abraham Parry was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Felix's Abraham Parry got a free kick in the 65th minute. Bradley Baker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Turtle Woods's Joel Addison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Wootton in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Felix's Cliff Carr ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joel Addison. Joel Addison yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. The supporters of Turtle Woods booed when Felix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Carr didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix's Cliff Carr was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With an all-out effort, Felix's Joel Addison threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Justin Halliday, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Addison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cliff Carr in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cliff Carr in the 95th minute of play forced Turtle Woods's goalkeeper Joel Addison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Addison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cliff Carr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
