Gabriel Mendes ran back to his position shaking his head. Fjólar Skaptason received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hersir Hrútsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, LUBAWIANKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fjólar Skaptason to maneuver through the defense. Fjólar Skaptason received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Hersir Hrútsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hersir Hrútsson having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Friðbjörn Ísleifsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hersir Hrútsson. Gimli Flúðum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Friðbjörn Ísleifsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 66th match minute, Gimli Flúðum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geirröður Gestsson to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Mendes got free with Hersir Hrútsson in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Númi Sturluson during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LUBAWIANKA booed when Gimli Flúðum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Númi Sturluson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gimli Flúðum's Númi Sturluson got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Gimli Flúðum's goalkeeper Hersir Hrútsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Mendes. 85 minutes into the match, LUBAWIANKA's Hildimar Magnþórsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hersir Hrútsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 87 minutes, Gabriel Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUBAWIANKA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Mendes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Friðbjörn Ísleifsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hersir Hrútsson having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Gabriel Mendes could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Hersir Hrútsson however easily saved by the left post. Fjólar Skaptason struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Hersir Hrútsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LUBAWIANKA. Friðbjörn Ísleifsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
