Vilhelm Þórarinsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ráðvarður Garðarsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Vilhelm Þórarinsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 92nd minute. In the 95th match minute, Grænu Tófurnar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Þórarinsson to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Grænu Tófurnar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Skarp Grenivík.
