Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bjarnlaugur Ólason took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ymir Leifsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vífill Eiríksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 5 minutes, Max Níelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emeryci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Max Níelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltasar Hróason showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Níelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Baltasar Hróason came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Emeryci's Max Níelsson. But to his dismay, Max Níelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emeryci's Hlöðver Orrason got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, one of Soldis Hrísey:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Emeryci. Auðólfur Arndórsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Baltasar Hróason. 0-2. Auðólfur Arndórsson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Hámundur Sólbergsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ymir Leifsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hrafn Sindrason received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ymir Leifsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Emeryci getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bótólfur Bergsson hit a great ball. Ymir Leifsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hrafn Sindrason in the 30th minute. Baltasar Hróason didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hlöðver Orrason went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Ymir Leifsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heinrekur Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vígsteinn Indriðason kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Emeryci's Max Níelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Kormákur Margrímsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baltasar Hróason. Soldis Hrísey's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kormákur Margrímsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Baltasar Hróason took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Níelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hrafn Sindrason got free with Ymir Leifsson in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Max Níelsson to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bjarnlaugur Ólason hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Hlöðver Orrason fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loki Fannarsson in the 59th minute of play forced Emeryci's goalkeeper Ymir Leifsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Loki Fannarsson put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ymir Leifsson. Baltasar Hróason made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Níelsson in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjarnlaugur Ólason in the 68th minute of play forced Emeryci's goalkeeper Ymir Leifsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Soldis Hrísey's zone, Hlöðver Orrason stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Hróason came out of the goal and Hlöðver Orrason tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltasar Hróason showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Níelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 77 minutes into the match, Emeryci's goal looked a bit too open when Loki Fannarsson came free, but Ymir Leifsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Emeryci's Bótólfur Bergsson got a free kick in the 79th minute. Hlöðver Orrason came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Baltasar Hróason could save by the left post. Ymir Leifsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hrafn Sindrason in the 91st minute of the match. Ymir Leifsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vífill Eiríksson went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Emeryci played a much better game than Soldis Hrísey and deserved their victory. The Soldis Hrísey players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
