Mekkinó Svangeirsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Pogoń Siedlce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mekkinó Svangeirsson to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Hervar Guðleifsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Hringur Hallbjörnsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hervar Guðleifsson. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Knörr Guðfinnsson during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Jets getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Knörr Guðfinnsson hit a great ball. A hard and well directed shot from Yngvi Óttarsson led 25 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Jets's Hervar Guðleifsson became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-0. Hringur Hallbjörnsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hervar Guðleifsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Hringur Hallbjörnsson slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 28th minute. Hervar Guðleifsson was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Hringur Hallbjörnsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hringur Hallbjörnsson really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. In the 35th minute, Hringur Hallbjörnsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hervar Guðleifsson. The goal made the score 5-0. Jets's Hervar Guðleifsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hringur Hallbjörnsson in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Siedlce's Rúben Baugsson got a free kick in the 41st minute. 46 minutes into the game, Rúben Baugsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Hervar Guðleifsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hringur Hallbjörnsson was the one to do the kick off. Hervar Guðleifsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rúben Baugsson in the 52nd minute of the match. Rúben Baugsson took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hervar Guðleifsson. Hervar Guðleifsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yngvi Óttarsson in the 57th minute of play forced Jets's goalkeeper Hervar Guðleifsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hervar Guðleifsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rúben Baugsson in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Rúben Baugsson made a precise shot to the right of Hervar Guðleifsson. Jets's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. In the 69th minute, Hringur Hallbjörnsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hervar Guðleifsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. After 73rd play minutes Hringur Hallbjörnsson shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Hervar Guðleifsson and just under the crossbar into goal. After 82 minutes, Yngvi Óttarsson made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jets's Hervar Guðleifsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Harrý Sigfastsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 90 minutes into the game, Pogoń Siedlce's Hringur Hallbjörnsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hervar Guðleifsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. Jets's Hervar Guðleifsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hringur Hallbjörnsson in the 94th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Rúben Baugsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń Siedlce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0.
