A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Crepaja FK's Čubrilo Brnović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Srđan Avramović made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 35 minutes into the match, Lipar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Šišić came free, but Srđan Avramović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Lipar FK got a freekick which was hit by Radovan Cakić. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mile Kričak to make the kick off. With a little luck, Crepaja FK's Željko Virić got control of the ball when Mirsad Popović tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Crepaja FK's zone, Mirsad Popović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lipar FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
