Srba Koča charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Srba Koča the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 3 minutes into the game, one of Beograd OFK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A collision led to Žabalj OFK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tomislav Đikanović hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Žabalj OFK's goal looked a bit too open when Tiosav Muskinja came free, but Đorđe Markus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Žabalj OFK's zone, Branislav Jurenić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Đorđe Markus came out of the goal and Branislav Jurenić tried to chip the ball over his head. In the 32ndth minute of the game Branislav Jurenić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Žabalj OFK's Đorđe Markus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Đorđe Markus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiosav Muskinja in the 33rd minute of the match. The Beograd OFK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
