It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 26th minute, but Mirko Bogunović got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Novi Kneževac OFK hanging dry this time. Beograd OFK's Jugomir Dabanović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ranisav Vukić in the 29th minute of play. Tiosav Muskinja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirko Bogunović having to interfere. Branislav Jurenić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Branislav Jurenić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiosav Muskinja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiosav Muskinja to make the kick off. Jugomir Dabanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ranisav Vukić in the 56th minute of play. Tiosav Muskinja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mirko Bogunović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mirko Bogunović came out of the goal and Branislav Jurenić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Beograd OFK's Predrag Nosović broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 101 minutes into the game, Novi Kneževac OFK's Budimir Miok nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jugomir Dabanović made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2.
