In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vrdnik OFK's goalkeeper Staniša Arsović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Aleksa Zakić came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Vrdnik OFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksa Zakić couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the game, Predejane FK's Stevan Binić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Staniša Arsović made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 31st minute Aleksa Zakić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Radulović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Vrdnik OFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ranisav Ranđelović to maneuver through the defense. The Vrdnik OFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Staniša Arsović should have stopped the shot. Predejane FK's Vučko Masanović got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 49thth minute of the game Stevan Binić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vrdnik OFK's Staniša Arsović was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Aleksa Zakić made the kick off in the second half. Vrdnik OFK's Staniša Arsović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Vrdnik OFK from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Vrdnik OFK getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jovan Topčagić hit a great ball. Vučko Masanović in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Staniša Arsović, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 70th minute, Stevan Binić fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 82nd minute, Aleksa Zakić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vrdnik OFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Dragoljub Anđelković hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When Čubrilo Živić fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Predejane FK's protests and gave Čubrilo Živić a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Predejane FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vrdnik OFK:s goal. 92 minutes into the match, Vrdnik OFK's goal looked a bit too open when Stevan Binić came free, but Staniša Arsović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Predejane FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Čubrilo Živić to maneuver through the defense. The Predejane FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
