Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Milojko Kralj took the kick off in the first half of the match. Grocka's Ratko Divljaković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlade Mijin in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Čubrilo Gojković was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grocka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Srednji Banat the free kick. After a rather tough play, Srednji Banat's Jelisije Rajković got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Radislav Stefanović sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tadija Kaplanović skillfully saved the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Srednji Banat's goal looked a bit too open when Jakov Vračarević came free, but Tadija Kaplanović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Srednji Banat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Momčilo Medenica to maneuver through the defense. After 21 minutes, Ivan Tomašev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grocka and the Srednji Banat players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Grocka got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Tomašev. Tadija Kaplanović didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Grocka's Milojko Kralj shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikola Arsić in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ratko Divljaković prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Srednji Banat's Tadija Kaplanović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milojko Kralj in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakov Vračarević in the 35th minute of play forced Srednji Banat's goalkeeper Tadija Kaplanović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milojko Kralj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Srednji Banat! Radislav Stefanović shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milojko Kralj in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadija Kaplanović saved Srednji Banat from getting behind. The Srednji Banat players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grocka were winning 0-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Srednji Banat's zone, Jakov Vračarević stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadija Kaplanović came out of the goal and Jakov Vračarević tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Vlade Mijin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Srednji Banat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vlade Mijin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Vlade Mijin fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Srednji Banat's protests and gave Vlade Mijin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Grocka booed when Srednji Banat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlade Mijin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milojko Kralj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Grocka getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Milojko Kralj hit a great ball. Radislav Stefanović shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 70 minutes of play Srednji Banat's Vlade Mijin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 71st match minute, Srednji Banat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlade Mijin to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Koča Popov put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ratko Divljaković. After a rather tough play, Srednji Banat's Zvezdan Jelovac got a free kick in the 86th minute. Čubrilo Gojković kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Koča Popov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ratko Divljaković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadija Kaplanović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Milojko Kralj's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
