Spectators: 6811 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1811, VIP seats: 0) Smederevo's Ignjatije Kalać started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mitar Dubljević blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Janko Đoković having to make a save. After 7 minutes of play, Smederevo's Antonije Luković made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petar Đurđić was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Miloš Kragović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Petar Đurđić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonije Luković in the 14th minute. Petar Đurđić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignjatije Kalać in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Padej FK's Zoran Ivanov got a free kick in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Borko Topalović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Janko Đoković was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Smederevo's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonije Luković was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petar Đurđić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Borko Topalović to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Smederevo's goalkeeper Janko Đoković had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mitar Dubljević. When Antonije Luković came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Smederevo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonije Luković couldn't finish the play. Ignjatije Kalać sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nebojša Višekruna kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Antonije Luković received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Janko Đoković took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borko Topalović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borko Topalović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petar Đurđić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignjatije Kalać in the 75th minute of the match. Antonije Luković fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petar Đurđić having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonije Luković in the 82nd minute of play forced Padej FK's goalkeeper Petar Đurđić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Antonije Luković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petar Đurđić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonije Luković recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Janko Đoković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borko Topalović in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Smederevo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Padej FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
