Spectators: 6793 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1793, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mladen Zebić started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Sonta FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mladen Zebić came free, but Desimir Korov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th match minute, Sonta FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Topalović to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lazarevo FK's zone, Radojica Dinčić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vekoslav Janićijević came out of the goal and Radojica Dinčić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vukmir Đurić got free with Desimir Korov in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vukmir Đurić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Desimir Korov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vukmir Đurić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Negovan Perković during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Sonta FK got a freekick which was hit by Negovan Perković. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mladen Zebić in the 33rd minute of play forced Sonta FK's goalkeeper Desimir Korov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Mladen Zebić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lazarevo FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mladen Zebić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Sonta FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mladen Zebić fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 44 played minutes Sonta FK got a freekick which was hit by Živadin Sovilj. Mladen Zebić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desimir Korov having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radojica Dinčić to strike the kick off in the second half. Vukmir Đurić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mladen Zebić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desimir Korov having to interfere. Desimir Korov came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Lazarevo FK's Vukmir Đurić. But to his dismay, Vukmir Đurić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Vukmir Đurić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 72 minutes, Živadin Sovilj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sonta FK and the Lazarevo FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 minutes of play, Sonta FK's Živadin Sovilj made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vekoslav Janićijević was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 97 in the game by Ćirilo Kuvekalović from a close distance when the talented Vekoslav Janićijević managed to make a qualified save. Lazarevo FK's players were relieved. Lazarevo FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
