Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 0) Damir Torbica started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 10 played minutes Bački Palanka got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Begović. Dejan Gojković, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Bački Palanka's Tihomir Trninić got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milan Maslić in the 14th minute of play forced Bački Palanka's goalkeeper Šako Đurić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Dejan Gojković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milan Maslić got free with Šako Đurić in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Beograd FK's zone, Dragić Vulinović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vanja Lišak came out of the goal and Dragić Vulinović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damir Torbica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vanja Lišak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Šako Đurić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Pupalović in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstantin Pupalović was the one to do the kick off. Konstantin Pupalović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Šako Đurić having to interfere. Šako Đurić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Pupalović in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Konstantin Pupalović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Šako Đurić was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, Bački Palanka's goal looked a bit too open when Milan Maslić came free, but Šako Đurić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Šako Đurić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milan Maslić, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Milan Maslić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beograd FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milan Maslić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milan Maslić in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Šako Đurić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dragić Vulinović who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Vanja Lišak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Šako Đurić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Pupalović in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Konstantin Pupalović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beograd FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Konstantin Pupalović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Šako Đurić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Damir Torbica came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bački Palanka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damir Torbica couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
