The Priboj fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Svetoje Ordinačev should have stopped the shot. After 36 minutes, Ljubiša Kočić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torda and the Priboj players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ignjatije Jaćimović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Murat Erak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute of the match Božidar Latinović sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Živadin Vasiljević skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Erak in the 74th minute of play forced Torda's goalkeeper Živadin Vasiljević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, one of Torda:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Torda. Ljubiša Kočić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Svetoje Ordinačev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bojan Stamatović kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Ignjatije Jaćimović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Torda's zone, Ignjatije Jaćimović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Živadin Vasiljević came out of the goal and Ignjatije Jaćimović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
