Loznica OFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Đorđe Milosavac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Vukoje breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, FK Podrinje's goalkeeper Marko Vukoje had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radovan Soldatović. Radovan Soldatović struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Marko Vukoje didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loznica OFK. If Đorđe Milosavac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radovan Soldatović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marko Vukoje having to make a save. FK Podrinje's Marko Vukoje played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Đorđe Milosavac in the 70th minute of play. In the 76th minute Milojko Brmbota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslav Štavljanin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Milojko Brmbota came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the FK Podrinje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milojko Brmbota couldn't finish the play. Radoslav Štavljanin made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Milivoje Miljaković sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute, Milivoje Miljaković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute Radovan Soldatović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Vukoje saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FK Podrinje supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FK Podrinje would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
