Spectators: 6835 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Prodan Trifunović kicked off to start the match. Voja Janković fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steva Nestorovski having to interfere. After 6 minutes, Ratimir Janković mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mačva Šabac and the FK Zaovine players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Ratimir Janković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prodan Trifunović in the 10th minute of play forced FK Zaovine's goalkeeper Žarko Livaja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, FK Zaovine's goal looked a bit too open when Marinko Mikša came free, but Žarko Livaja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marinko Mikša received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Žarko Livaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FK Zaovine getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Radoman Raković hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marinko Mikša in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Žarko Livaja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marinko Mikša struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Žarko Livaja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mačva Šabac. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prodan Trifunović in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Žarko Livaja saved FK Zaovine from getting behind. Vlada Mikić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steva Nestorovski having to interfere. If Voja Janković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marinko Mikša received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Žarko Livaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prodan Trifunović in the 44th minute of play forced FK Zaovine's goalkeeper Žarko Livaja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Prodan Trifunović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vlada Mikić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Prodan Trifunović kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Žarko Livaja. That made the score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. If Prodan Trifunović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mačva Šabac's Steva Nestorovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlada Mikić in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Marinko Mikša could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Žarko Livaja however easily saved by the left post. In the 63rd match minute, FK Zaovine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoman Raković to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by FK Zaovine's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dušan Stanojlović was slow to take the kick. During this time Mačva Šabac's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FK Zaovine's goalie and right to Marinko Mikša. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FK Zaovine's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Mačva Šabac's Prodan Trifunović, in the 68th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Mačva Šabac. 70 minutes into the match, FK Zaovine's goalkeeper Žarko Livaja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marinko Mikša. Steva Nestorovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Voja Janković in the 72nd minute of play. Vlada Mikić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mačva Šabac's zone, Vlada Mikić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steva Nestorovski came out of the goal and Vlada Mikić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Mačva Šabac's Momir Lončarević got a free kick in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FK Zaovine's zone, Marinko Mikša stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Žarko Livaja came out of the goal and Marinko Mikša tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute Prodan Trifunović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žarko Livaja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steva Nestorovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Voja Janković, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Prodan Trifunović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The FK Zaovine supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mačva Šabac's performance. The match ended with a win for Mačva Šabac.
