Spectators: 6855 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Milivoje Stevanović kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Sonta OFK getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jugomir Dragaćevac hit a great ball. Milijan Poznić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Dražen Jovandić when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sonta OFK's Vlada Jovićević played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tugomir Gurić in the 13th minute of play. Danilo Ocokoljić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Tugomir Gurić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlada Jovićević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Danilo Ocokoljić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sonta OFK's Vlada Jovićević was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Danilo Ocokoljić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlada Jovićević having to interfere. If Danilo Ocokoljić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milijan Poznić struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Dražen Jovandić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sonta OFK. In the 34thth minute of the game Milivoje Stevanović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Hajduk KB's Dražen Jovandić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tugomir Gurić in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vlada Jovićević saved Sonta OFK from getting behind. If Radiša Petović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlada Jovićević showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tugomir Gurić, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tugomir Gurić made a kick off. In the 53rd play minute Danilo Ocokoljić came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vlada Jovićević. 0-1. Danilo Ocokoljić in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vlada Jovićević, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vlada Jovićević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tugomir Gurić in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Bogoboj Jerotić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sonta OFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Hajduk KB the free kick. A collision led to Sonta OFK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bogoboj Jerotić hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Danilo Ocokoljić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlada Jovićević was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Božo Kašćelan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes Sonta OFK got a freekick which was hit by Dragiša Mrvaljević. FK Hajduk KB's Dražen Jovandić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milivoje Stevanović in the 77th minute of play. When Tugomir Gurić came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the FK Hajduk KB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tugomir Gurić couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as FK Hajduk KB's Tugomir Gurić slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vlada Jovićević. That made the score 0-3 after 80 minutes of play. In the 84th minute Milivoje Stevanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Jovandić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonta OFK's Vlada Jovićević proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sonta OFK from getting a goal against them. After having played for 89 minutes, Tugomir Gurić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Hajduk KB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tugomir Gurić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Sonta OFK's goal looked a bit too open when Tugomir Gurić came free, but Vlada Jovićević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlada Jovićević made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Danilo Ocokoljić sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tugomir Gurić in the 95th minute of play forced Sonta OFK's goalkeeper Vlada Jovićević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FK Hajduk KB had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
