Petronije Kalanović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoš Ilijevski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragiša Borić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ljuban Tomčić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dragiša Borić might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ljuban Tomčić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dragiša Borić ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22ndth minute of the game Dragiša Borić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zbogom gospodo 2's Ljuban Tomčić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FC Kanarinac booed when Zbogom gospodo 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sima Čabarkapa didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Kanarinac's Dragiša Borić got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Radoš Ilijevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Petronije Kalanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Đuro Lazarević in the 33rd minute of play. Dragiša Borić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ljuban Tomčić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vojko Đurđić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Kanarinac's Petronije Kalanović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Đuro Lazarević in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Zbogom gospodo 2's goal looked a bit too open when Dragiša Borić came free, but Ljuban Tomčić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vojko Đurđić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ljuban Tomčić made a huge save. When Sima Čabarkapa fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zbogom gospodo 2's protests and gave Sima Čabarkapa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Sima Čabarkapa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Dragiša Borić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ljuban Tomčić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Vojko Đurđić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ljuban Tomčić having to interfere. A collision led to FC Kanarinac getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Radoje Brnović hit a great ball. Ljuban Tomčić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vojko Đurđić's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Dragiša Borić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ljuban Tomčić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Velibor Kastratović charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Velibor Kastratović the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67thth minute of the game Vojko Đurđić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zbogom gospodo 2's Ljuban Tomčić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the match, FC Kanarinac's goalkeeper Petronije Kalanović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radoš Ilijevski. Đuro Lazarević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petronije Kalanović having to interfere. If Đuro Lazarević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 minutes, Lepoje Krmpotić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kanarinac and the Zbogom gospodo 2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Lepoje Krmpotić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbogom gospodo 2's Jugoslav Žakula couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Kanarinac. Zbogom gospodo 2's Sima Čabarkapa got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Sima Čabarkapa off the ground. In the 94th minute, Sima Čabarkapa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dragiša Borić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
