Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Sasester Jovanted's goalkeeper Milenko Jakšić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vojko Đurđić. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ranko Ćetić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sasester Jovanted's supporters rose to their feet, but Ranko Ćetić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petronije Kalanović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Kanarinac's Petronije Kalanović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bratoljub Lepović in the 18th minute of play. Vojko Đurđić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milenko Jakšić having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Dragiša Borić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milenko Jakšić. Sasester Jovanted's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dragiša Borić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Dragiša Borić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Milenko Jakšić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petronije Kalanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bratoljub Lepović in the 33rd minute of play. Ranko Ćetić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petronije Kalanović having to interfere. With a little luck, Sasester Jovanted's Milenko Jakšić got control of the ball when Vojko Đurđić tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milenko Jakšić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragiša Borić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vojko Đurđić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milenko Jakšić having to interfere. Milenko Jakšić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vojko Đurđić's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Milenko Jakšić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragiša Borić, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Bratoljub Lepović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 54 played minutes FC Kanarinac got a freekick which was hit by Radoje Brnović. In the 57thth minute of the game Vojko Đurđić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sasester Jovanted's Milenko Jakšić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Radoje Brnović hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Sasester Jovanted's Milan Lakičević shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Petronije Kalanović but with some difficulty. Vojko Đurđić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Bratoljub Lepović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petronije Kalanović. Milenko Jakšić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vojko Đurđić in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sasester Jovanted's Živojin Šuput got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute of the match Vladimir Mujović sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petronije Kalanović skillfully saved the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
