Sasester Jovanted's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kulpin OFK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sasester Jovanted's Ranko Ćetić got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 16 played minutes Kulpin OFK got a freekick which was hit by Srđan Beljić. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Srđan Beljić in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Milenko Jakšić saved Sasester Jovanted from getting behind. Bratoljub Lepović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Srđan Beljić might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Milenko Jakšić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Srđan Beljić ran back to his position shaking his head. After 24 minutes of play, Kulpin OFK's Srđan Beljić made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milenko Jakšić was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 27 played minutes Sasester Jovanted got a freekick which was hit by Živojin Šuput. After 28 played minutes, Kulpin OFK's Mihailo Gligić shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Milenko Jakšić came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kulpin OFK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ranko Ćetić in the 34th minute of play forced Kulpin OFK's goalkeeper Žarko Ševaljević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bratoljub Lepović struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Žarko Ševaljević didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sasester Jovanted. Bratoljub Lepović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Žarko Ševaljević made a huge save. 39 minutes into the game, Kulpin OFK's Srđan Beljić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milenko Jakšić made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Tatomir Marković scored 0-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Milenko Jakšić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Srđan Beljić made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sasester Jovanted's zone, Srđan Beljić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milenko Jakšić came out of the goal and Srđan Beljić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Srđan Beljić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Blaža Jokić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Srđan Beljić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kulpin OFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Srđan Beljić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Milenko Jakšić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ranko Ćetić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milenko Jakšić was a little too slow when Srđan Beljić got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-4. Milenko Jakšić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tatomir Marković in the 66th minute. The supporters of Kulpin OFK booed when Sasester Jovanted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blaža Jokić didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Tatomir Marković's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Milenko Jakšić was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Ranko Ćetić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žarko Ševaljević having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Srđan Beljić in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Milenko Jakšić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tatomir Marković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perica Preljević kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Tatomir Marković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Srđan Beljić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Milenko Jakšić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tatomir Marković got free with Milenko Jakšić in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kulpin OFK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
