Grgur Martinović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Radovan Denić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veselin Todić charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Veselin Todić the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Veselin Todić hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cerovac's goalkeeper Radovan Denić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sredoje Jelisavčić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Njegosav Popović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radovan Denić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragan Milatović in the 18th minute of the match.
