Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simo Despotović started the match with the kick off. Mateja Karadžić kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Boro Mitić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Slobodan Begović recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Voja Drobnjak. Slobodan Begović showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 18th minute, Vidosav Kulić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Strahinja Mihajlović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kladovo's supporters rose to their feet, but Strahinja Mihajlović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Voja Drobnjak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darko Velojević charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darko Velojević the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kladovo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! In the 30th minute there was a penalty for F.C.Novi Bečej. Šako Radetić stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Isailo Garić. 1-1. Simo Despotović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Ljubo Nikolajević got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Voja Drobnjak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogić Maravić in the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, F.C.Novi Bečej's goalkeeper Voja Drobnjak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vidosav Kulić. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Strahinja Mihajlović made a kick off. F.C.Novi Bečej's Voja Drobnjak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Strahinja Mihajlović in the 54th minute of play. In the 54th match minute, F.C.Novi Bečej was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikola Zavišić to maneuver through the defense. When F.C.Novi Bečej's Simo Despotović in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Kladovo's Vidosav Kulić in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C.Novi Bečej's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute, Boro Mitić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. F.C.Novi Bečej's Voja Drobnjak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Strahinja Mihajlović in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Slobodan Begović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kladovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slobodan Begović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ljubo Nikolajević in the 95th minute of play forced Kladovo's goalkeeper Isailo Garić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 97 minutes, Strahinja Mihajlović made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. F.C.Novi Bečej's Voja Drobnjak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kladovo had played much better football throughout.
