Vranje's Gavrilo Brdar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Vranje from getting a goal against them. Gavrilo Brdar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uglješa Andrić, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Uglješa Andrić reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gavrilo Brdar. The goal made the score 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zvezdan Ćirković during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Vranje getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Enis Tanović hit a great ball. Jeremije Grnčarski might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavrilo Brdar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremije Grnčarski ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uglješa Andrić made a kick off. Veljko Nićiforović in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pantelija Kalanović, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gavrilo Brdar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremije Grnčarski in the 55th minute of play. Pantelija Kalanović made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Veljko Nićiforović sent off a good shot on target. Vlada Bondžić was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, one of Vranje:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vranje. Gavrilo Brdar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uglješa Andrić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Vranje's goal looked a bit too open when Uglješa Andrić came free, but Gavrilo Brdar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Najdan Ognjenović in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavrilo Brdar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavrilo Brdar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremije Grnčarski in the 71st minute of the match. Uglješa Andrić took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavrilo Brdar. Gavrilo Brdar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 76 minutes into the match, Vranje's goal looked a bit too open when Uglješa Andrić came free, but Gavrilo Brdar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
