Dražen Milunović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ljubo Kocić having to interfere. When Velimir Stojadinović fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kanjiža OFK's protests and gave Velimir Stojadinović a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Singidunum booed when Kanjiža OFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velimir Stojadinović didn't get a good kick on the ball.
