Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Svetozar Belošević fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majdanpek's protests and gave Svetozar Belošević a yellow card for diving instead. Ðura Kukolj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Trivunović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cvetomir Vargec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Konstantin Trivunović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Majdanpek's zone, Cvetomir Vargec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ðura Kukolj came out of the goal and Cvetomir Vargec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Simon Kajević put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Predrag Čvrkić. Ðura Kukolj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cvetomir Vargec's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. When Cvetomir Vargec came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the OFK BEOGRAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cvetomir Vargec couldn't finish the play. If Cvetomir Vargec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milivoj Krivošija scored 3-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ðura Kukolj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ðura Kukolj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cvetomir Vargec in the 39th minute of play. Ðorđe Đikanović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konstantin Trivunović got free with Ðura Kukolj in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cvetomir Vargec was the one to do the kick off. Dojčin Kujundžić made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ðorđe Đikanović immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, OFK BEOGRAD's Vasilije Đorović got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 4-1 became the score in the 58th minute when Cvetomir Vargec elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 66th minute Cvetomir Vargec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ðura Kukolj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Majdanpek's Ðura Kukolj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodoljub Rosandić in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Dušan Mirić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Majdanpek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OFK BEOGRAD the free kick. Dušan Mirić kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Rodoljub Rosandić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Cvetomir Vargec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ðura Kukolj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cvetomir Vargec in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ðura Kukolj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cvetomir Vargec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ðura Kukolj having to interfere. Milivoj Krivošija struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Ðura Kukolj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OFK BEOGRAD. Ðura Kukolj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cvetomir Vargec went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Rodoljub Rosandić kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Cvetomir Vargec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cvetomir Vargec in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ðura Kukolj saved Majdanpek from getting behind. Konstantin Trivunović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. OFK BEOGRAD walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
