Sinan Tufegdžić struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Borivoje Krstić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dymchurch. Sinan Tufegdžić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute, Žarko Nešović left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dymchurch fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Dymchurch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stojadin Tanasijević to maneuver through the defense. Vladislav Terzić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Pujo Vujičić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Borko Simeunović during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dymchurch's Pujo Vujičić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladislav Terzić in the 16th minute of play. Simeon Mišković scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pujo Vujičić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Žarko Nešović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st minute Sinan Tufegdžić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borivoje Krstić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-2 became the score in the 26th minute when Žarko Nešović elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Hull FC booed when Dymchurch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rastko Vučićević didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 minutes of play, Dymchurch's Sinan Tufegdžić made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Borivoje Krstić was left in no man's land by his defense there! Simeon Miškovićs short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Pujo Vujičić to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 35 played minutes Dymchurch got a freekick which was hit by Rastko Vučićević. 37 minutes into the game, Zvonko Borilović was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hull FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dymchurch the free kick. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sinan Tufegdžić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sinan Tufegdžić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borivoje Krstić having to interfere. Dymchurch's Borko Simeunović got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Borko Simeunović off the ground. Borko Simeunović kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Dymchurch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Đuro Arnautović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sinan Tufegdžić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Borivoje Krstić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Žarko Nešović in the 68th minute. Đuro Arnautović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hull FC's Zvonko Borilović got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Dymchurch's Rastko Vučićević pulled a muscle in his back after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Zvonko Borilović was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. In the 96th minute, Žarko Nešović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Dymchurch left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hull FC.
