Radoman Koprivica might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vukan Mitić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radoman Koprivica ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute Isailo Bogavac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vukan Mitić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Darlington City booed when Buckingham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milinko Krajina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Zrinko Ašanin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buckingham United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zrinko Ašanin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Darlington City getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Marjan Pešić hit a great ball. Vuk Krivošija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milenko Stošić in the 95th minute of the match. The Buckingham United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Buckingham United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
