Stefan Klisić might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Keane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Klisić ran back to his position shaking his head. Staniša Vidić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Keane having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Klisić in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Keane saved Staithes from getting behind. Staniša Vidić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcus Keane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Klisić in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes, Stefan Klisić made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Staithes's Marcus Keane tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Climbers FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
