Tynemouth United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cane Savović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Krsto Pejčić in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vance Clarke saved Peacehaven AFC from getting behind. Vance Huxtable kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Cane Savović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Krsto Pejčić struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Vance Clarke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Vance Clarke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Velisav Bojović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Den Trotter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Peacehaven AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Krsto Pejčić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Krsto Pejčić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st match minute, Peacehaven AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jasper Bakewell to maneuver through the defense. Krsto Pejčić had several of the Peacehaven AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Vance Clarke as he didn't even see the shot coming. Krsto Pejčić received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vance Clarke came out and tried to block the shot, but Krsto Pejčić slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 75th minute. After 78 played minutes Tynemouth United got a freekick which was hit by Stevo Cvijić. Den Trotter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Velisav Bojović having to interfere. Vance Clarke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krsto Pejčić, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Peacehaven AFC's Vance Clarke got control of the ball when Krsto Pejčić tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Tynemouth United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Peacehaven AFC throughout the match.
