Svetoje Klisić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gradimir Kljajević, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Ðuro Jovičić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cvijo Janjić hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Svetoje Klisić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gradimir Kljajević, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 41 minutes of play Sandbach Unit's Ðuro Jovičić was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gradimir Kljajević in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Svetoje Klisić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milentije Numanović made a kick off. With a little luck, Sandbach Unit's Svetoje Klisić got control of the ball when Milentije Numanović tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sandbach Unit's Čedo Šljukić got a free kick in the 54th minute. Svetoje Klisić made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Milentije Numanović sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milentije Numanović in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Svetoje Klisić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Milentije Numanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Brigg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radonja Pintaric came free, but Trajko Brakočević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trajko Brakočević didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radonja Pintaric went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 73 played minutes Sandbach Unit got a freekick which was hit by Tomislav Kovačević. Svetoje Klisić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gradimir Kljajević in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gradimir Kljajević in the 78th minute of play forced Sandbach Unit's goalkeeper Svetoje Klisić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match Brigg FC got a corner. Sandbach Unit's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milentije Numanović ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Milentije Numanović almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sandbach Unit's Svetoje Klisić did a great save. Svetoje Klisić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gradimir Kljajević in the 83rd minute. Milentije Numanović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Svetoje Klisić made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Ermin Tomašević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandbach Unit's Svetoje Klisić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksa Markoč in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, one of Sandbach Unit:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sandbach Unit:s Svetoje Klisić showed great skill when he stopped Milentije Numanović:s penalty. When Gradimir Kljajević came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Brigg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gradimir Kljajević couldn't finish the play. Milentije Numanović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Svetoje Klisić having to make a save. Sandbach Unit's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
