Maksim Lazarevski ran back to his position shaking his head. Ćiro Bogdanović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogić Tabaković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jovan Markićević recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Jovan Markićević put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ćiro Bogdanović. Rodoljub Katić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luka Jaćimović having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Maksim Lazarevski notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cleethorpes's Ćiro Bogdanović. Ćiro Bogdanović was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maksim Lazarevski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ćiro Bogdanović having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Bogić Tabaković had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ćiro Bogdanović. Cleethorpes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogić Tabaković was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Maksim Lazarevski managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Pibe Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Maksim Lazarevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ćiro Bogdanović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Bogić Tabaković left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Pibe Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 28 minutes, Jovan Markićević made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Cleethorpes's Ćiro Bogdanović tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rajo Trifunović kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ćiro Bogdanović didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maksim Lazarevski went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. When El Pibe Academy's Maksim Lazarevski in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After the first half El Pibe Academy were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

El Pibe Academy made a substitution. Aljoša Kankaraš replaced Vidosav Komatina. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maksim Lazarevski was the one to do the kick off. Ćiro Bogdanović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jovan Markićević's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. A hard shot 53 in the game by Maksim Lazarevski from a close distance when the talented Ćiro Bogdanović managed to make a qualified save. Cleethorpes's players were relieved. Maksim Lazarevski didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-8 via right post in the game's 54th minute. El Pibe Academy's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! When Luiđi Raičević came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the El Pibe Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiđi Raičević couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the game, Jovan Markićević cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Ćiro Bogdanović was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ćiro Bogdanović came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by El Pibe Academy's Maksim Lazarevski. But to his dismay, Maksim Lazarevski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maksim Lazarevski in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ćiro Bogdanović prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, El Pibe Academy's Luiđi Raičević got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute of the game, El Pibe Academy got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Jovan Markićević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleethorpes's players were relieved. 95 minutes into the game, Jovan Markićević lined in a short shot 0-15 behind a frustrated Ćiro Bogdanović. In the 98th minute, Maksim Lazarevski made a precise shot to the right of Ćiro Bogdanović. Cleethorpes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-16. When the match was over El Pibe Academy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cleethorpes throughout the match.
