Spectators: 6770 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Newport FC booed when UWA Llandysul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevyn Hooper didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Padrig Bowie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UWA Llandysul's Pellyn Brazier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Llandysul from getting a goal against them. Pellyn Brazier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhain Farrelly, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Pryderi Kirk might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aneirin Flannery. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pryderi Kirk ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Llandysul's zone, Padrig Bowie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pellyn Brazier came out of the goal and Padrig Bowie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rhain Farrelly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Rhain Farrelly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rhain Farrelly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pryderi Kirk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aneirin Flannery having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Kevyn Hooper managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Llandysul's supporters rose to their feet, but Kevyn Hooper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aneirin Flannery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aneirin Flannery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pryderi Kirk in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Newport FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kian Knight to maneuver through the defense.

51 minutes into the match, UWA Llandysul's goal looked a bit too open when Gruddyeu Bruce came free, but Pellyn Brazier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Padrig Bowie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Pellyn Brazier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. March Mintmaster kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Pryderi Kirk made a precise shot to the right of Aneirin Flannery. Newport FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gwythyr Longhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Aneirin Flannery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pryderi Kirk got free with Aneirin Flannery in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pryderi Kirk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Kevyn Hooper dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aneirin Flannery, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Padrig Bowie in the 97th minute of play forced UWA Llandysul's goalkeeper Pellyn Brazier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
