If Dewey Barnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dewey Barnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pryderi Breedlove took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dewey Barnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 23 minutes, Dewey Barnes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cardigan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dewey Barnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Cardigan's Dewey Barnes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pryderi Breedlove narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Griflet Giddy kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Calcas Farr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Pryderi Breedlove tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Presteigne Utd's Pryderi Breedlove got control of the ball when Calcas Farr tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Owein Gilfoyle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kynwal Hellier was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Trahern Francom helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th match minute, Cardigan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trahern Francom to maneuver through the defense. Kynwal Hellier acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bradwr Hatch.
