Kenn Bailey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kenn Bailey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwalchmei Hamm in the 24th minute of play. Barry Utd's Edmyg Hall got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aeddan Hatcheler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caradawg Connery having to interfere. Edmyg Hall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Caradawg Connery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Kenn Bailey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gwalchmei Hamm in the 51st minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Bogart Foster managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neath's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogart Foster was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmyg Hall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caradawg Connery read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Caradawg Connery stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aeddan Hatcheler's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Barry Utd's Kenn Bailey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Barry Utd from getting a goal against them. Tegvan Child sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neath's Caradawg Connery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aeddan Hatcheler in the 69th minute of play. Pwyll Cordwainer kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Edmyg Hall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barry Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After having played for 82 minutes, Aeddan Hatcheler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 86th minute, Gwalchmei Hamm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Kane Atkinson fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barry Utd's protests and gave Kane Atkinson a yellow card for diving instead. Kane Atkinson kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Bogart Foster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
