Rheged Wainwright recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braen Keaty could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Bellieus Crocker made a huge save. 14 minutes into the game, Dillus Caudle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Trevelyan Hanley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Trevelyan Hanley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lleu Jamison in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Rhyl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anwas Currier to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rhyl getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Lleu Jamison hit a great ball. Lleu Jamison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Trevelyan Hanley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dillus Caudle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevelyan Hanley having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Rhyl's goal looked a bit too open when Lleu Jamison came free, but Trevelyan Hanley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bradwen Farley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bellieus Crocker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guinglain Hatcheler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Trevelyan Hanley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dillus Caudle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rhyl's Irvin Clerk got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Lleu Jamison managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rhyl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lleu Jamison was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rhyl's zone, Lleu Jamison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trevelyan Hanley came out of the goal and Lleu Jamison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Rhyl getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Anwas Currier hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Lleu Jamison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevelyan Hanley having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Rheged Wainwright ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bellieus Crocker was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 66th minute, Braen Keaty made a precise shot to the right of Bellieus Crocker. Rhyl's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The supporters of Rhyl booed when Rhyl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taliesin Coors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bellieus Crocker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rheged Wainwright's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Rhyl's Trevelyan Hanley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Rhyl from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rhyl's goalkeeper Trevelyan Hanley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rheged Wainwright in the 91st minute of play forced Rhyl's goalkeeper Bellieus Crocker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Rhyl defense, Rheged Wainwright kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bellieus Crocker. The Rhyl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bellieus Crocker should have stopped the shot. Rhyl's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
