Gandwy Atkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dirmyg Ive in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hydd Frost made a kick off. In the 54th minute Hydd Frost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandwy Atkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Owein Hampton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Llwyr Hazel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Dirmyg Ive ran back to his position shaking his head. Llandudno Utd's Hydd Frost got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Llandudno Utd had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
