Spectators: 6781 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Trent Donovan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Trent Donovan scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oswallt Gibbons, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as UWA Talgarth's Erbin Gade slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gandwy Atkin. That made the score 1-1 after 7 minutes of play. After 11 played minutes, Penarth Utd's Ren Cain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oswallt Gibbons came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Penarth Utd reached it. Gandwy Atkin made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Siawn Hacker sent off a good shot on target. Penarth Utd's Trent Donovan got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Trent Donovan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oswallt Gibbons was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Trent Donovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Owein Hampton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, UWA Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Owein Hampton came free, but Oswallt Gibbons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gandwy Atkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olwydd Ivers in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, UWA Talgarth's Aglovale Docker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Oswallt Gibbons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trent Donovan, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute Aglovale Docker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandwy Atkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Aglovale Docker made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Olwydd Ivers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gandwy Atkin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Penarth Utd's Gandwy Atkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aglovale Docker in the 57th minute of play. When Pasgen Chase fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penarth Utd's protests and gave Pasgen Chase a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Penarth Utd's Pasgen Chase got a free kick in the 58th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Penarth Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Aglovale Docker came free, but Gandwy Atkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trent Donovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswallt Gibbons having to interfere. Owein Hampton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, UWA Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedr Grimley to maneuver through the defense. Daned Fane kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, UWA Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Llyn Hibberd to maneuver through the defense. Pasgen Chase was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Pasgen Chase hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Aglovale Docker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. UWA Talgarth's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
