Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tringad Fleming started the match with the kick off. Tringad Fleming scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gandwy Atkin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rhun James received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gandwy Atkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braen Cannon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trent Donovan's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Owein Hampton got free with Braen Cannon in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Kilydd Gook hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Tringad Fleming shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandwy Atkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Tringad Fleming managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llandudno Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tringad Fleming was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Owein Hampton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braen Cannon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Owein Hampton's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Gandwy Atkin made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Tringad Fleming sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rhun James got free with Gandwy Atkin in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th match minute, Penarth Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pasgen Chase to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th match minute Ol Hawke ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Gandwy Atkin. 0-2. Hydd Doody charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hydd Doody the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 played minutes Penarth Utd got a freekick which was hit by Daned Fane. Llandudno Utd's Ol Hawke couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Penarth Utd. Trent Donovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Ol Hawke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Trent Donovan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Braen Cannon was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Tringad Fleming fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gandwy Atkin having to interfere. Nerth Kerrigan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Penarth Utd's Owein Hampton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braen Cannon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Owein Hampton might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Braen Cannon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Owein Hampton ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, one of Llandudno Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Llandudno Utd. The referee gave Penarth Utd a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ren Cain, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Llandudno Utd's Braen Cannon. 1-2. The Llandudno Utd players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
