After 19 played minutes Culhwch Harris rounded UWA Barmouth's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. With an all-out effort, Carmarthen's Morthwyl Boyce threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Culhwch Harris, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nentres Gilbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadwgawn Gilfin having to interfere. Cadwgawn Gilfin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kynon Finch, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Kynon Finch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadwgawn Gilfin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nentres Gilbert in the 42nd minute of play forced Carmarthen's goalkeeper Cadwgawn Gilfin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kynon Finch to strike the kick off in the second half. Llacheu Clifton kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kynon Finch in the 54th minute of play forced Carmarthen's goalkeeper Cadwgawn Gilfin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morthwyl Boyce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Culhwch Harris succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Cadwgawn Gilfin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kynon Finch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. UWA Barmouth's Celyn Cain couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Carmarthen. If Nentres Gilbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Awstin Egan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of UWA Barmouth's Morthwyl Boyce. Morthwyl Boyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carmarthen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
