Cadwgawn Gilfin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berth Keep, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the game, Llangollen Utd's Mil Hooper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cadwgawn Gilfin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Llangollen Utd getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lludd Fuller hit a great ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Culhwch Harris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llangollen Utd's Dinadan Spinster was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 56th play minutes Berth Keep shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Cadwgawn Gilfin and just under the crossbar into goal. If Mil Hooper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mil Hooper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baudwin Flanders kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
