Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Prydwen Deanly took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Rhonnda's Prydwen Deanly sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sayer Sawbones narrowly saved just below the crossbar. UWA Flint's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sior Foley in the 7th minute. Gandwy Beers was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Pyrs Gavins was a little too slow when Olwydd Ashley got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Colwyn Hawke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Olwydd Ashley managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Flint's supporters rose to their feet, but Olwydd Ashley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pyrs Gavins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teregud Gerdes kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Rhonnda's Aedd Inger in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Flint's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th match minute, UWA Flint was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Weyland Coneely to maneuver through the defense. Colwyn Hawke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pyrs Gavins having to interfere. If Colwyn Hawke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olwydd Ashley in the 42nd minute of play forced Rhonnda's goalkeeper Pyrs Gavins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olwydd Ashley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Colwyn Hawke hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olwydd Ashley was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, UWA Flint's Olwydd Ashley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pyrs Gavins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Flint's zone, Aedd Inger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sayer Sawbones came out of the goal and Aedd Inger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prydwen Deanly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sayer Sawbones having to interfere. Olwydd Ashley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pyrs Gavins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Colwyn Hawke in the 69th minute of play forced Rhonnda's goalkeeper Pyrs Gavins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pyrs Gavins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olwydd Ashley, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Aedd Inger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pyrs Gavins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colwyn Hawke in the 78th minute of the match. Pyrs Gavins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olwydd Ashley, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Rhonnda's Prydwen Deanly in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Flint's goalie prevented a goal. 87 minutes into the match, Rhonnda's goal looked a bit too open when Olwydd Ashley came free, but Pyrs Gavins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Aedd Inger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sayer Sawbones. UWA Flint's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aedd Inger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 95th minute, Bercelak Hick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Rhonnda supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rhonnda would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
