Lovel Boggs hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, UWA Barmouth's Celyn Cain broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Davis Flannagan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Morthwyl Boyce made a huge save. In the 17th minute, Kynon Finch made a precise shot to the right of Albanwr Blencow. UWA Ely's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Albanwr Blencow didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kynon Finch went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, UWA Barmouth's goal looked a bit too open when Lovel Boggs came free, but Morthwyl Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Kynon Finch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albanwr Blencow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Ely's zone, Nentres Gilbert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albanwr Blencow came out of the goal and Nentres Gilbert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the game, Lovel Boggs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Ely's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Barmouth the free kick. Albanwr Blencow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nentres Gilbert in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Nentres Gilbert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UWA Barmouth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Thanks to some nice moves Davis Flannagan could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Morthwyl Boyce however easily saved by the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kynon Finch was the one to do the kick off. Morthwyl Boyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Llyn Lazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Albanwr Blencow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kynon Finch in the 61st minute of play. Lovel Boggs hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. UWA Barmouth's Morthwyl Boyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llyn Lazar in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kynon Finch in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albanwr Blencow saved UWA Ely from getting behind. Kynon Finch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nentres Gilbert fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Barmouth's protests and gave Nentres Gilbert a yellow card for diving instead. Davis Flannagan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the UWA Ely defense, Nentres Gilbert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albanwr Blencow. The UWA Ely fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albanwr Blencow should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute, Nentres Gilbert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nentres Gilbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
