Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Llyn Lazar started the match with the kick off. Llyn Lazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Dinadan Spinster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Mil Hooper got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Llangollen Utd booed when UWA Ely was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llyn Lazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berth Keep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Llangollen Utd's Berth Keep sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albanwr Blencow narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davis Flannagan in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinadan Spinster saved Llangollen Utd from getting behind. Llangollen Utd's Dinadan Spinster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llyn Lazar in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of UWA Ely booed when Llangollen Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kynon Graham didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute UWA Ely were awarded a corner. Cadwaladr Keating went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teryrnon Currie during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Teryrnon Currie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mil Hooper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berth Keep was extremely unlucky when he, in the 31st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 32nd match minute, UWA Ely was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lovel Boggs to maneuver through the defense. Albanwr Blencow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berth Keep in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Berth Keep dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albanwr Blencow, 1-0. In the 41st minute, Cadwaladr Donovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berth Keep to make the kick off. Dinadan Spinster came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Ely's Llyn Lazar. But to his dismay, Llyn Lazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Baudwin Flanders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Mil Hooper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berth Keep in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albanwr Blencow prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albanwr Blencow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mil Hooper in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, one of UWA Ely:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UWA Ely. Albanwr Blencow went to the wrong direction when Sulien Cash was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Albanwr Blencow came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Llangollen Utd's Mil Hooper. But to his dismay, Mil Hooper quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Berth Keep hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Kynon Graham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Llyn Lazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Llyn Lazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Berth Keep shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albanwr Blencow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berth Keep struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Albanwr Blencow didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llangollen Utd. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berth Keep in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albanwr Blencow prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dinadan Spinster made an important save on a dangerous shot by Davis Flannagan in the 87th minute. Berth Keep received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Albanwr Blencow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to UWA Ely getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Albanwr Creedan hit a great ball. Berth Keep blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albanwr Blencow having to make a save. In the 97th minute, one of Llangollen Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Llangollen Utd. The goalkeeper, Dinadan Spinster, was totally fooled by UWA Ely's Cadwaladr Keating, who 99 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
