Addolgar Bellew recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Weyland Green showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mordwywr Hastings in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to UWA Presteigne getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Mabsant Flynn hit a great ball. Llangollen FC's Mordwywr Hastings managed to work through UWA Presteigne's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mordwywr Hastings dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Anfri Hawley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Weyland Green tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anfri Hawley struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Weyland Green didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llangollen FC. Mordwywr Hastings fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Weyland Green having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anfri Hawley got free with Weyland Green in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Llangollen FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! In the 29th minute there was a penalty for UWA Presteigne. Arglwydd Kilpatrick stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilbert Dempsey. 0-1. If Caradawg Doody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes, Llangollen FC's Berth Simmons shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Weyland Green came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Llangollen FC reached it. If Mordwywr Hastings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anfri Hawley scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Weyland Green, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anfri Hawley took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Weyland Green. Weyland Green dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mordwywr Hastings made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mordwywr Hastings in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Weyland Green prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jones Mintmaster hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Anfri Hawley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llangollen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfri Hawley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Mordwywr Hastings's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Weyland Green was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Cas Ingersoll hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Llangollen FC's Berth Simmons couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for UWA Presteigne. In the 70th minute Anfri Hawley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weyland Green saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iowerth Felton had several of the Llangollen FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 74 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Gilbert Dempsey as he didn't even see the shot coming. 80 minutes into the match, UWA Presteigne's Arglwydd Kilpatrick broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 82nd minute, Llangollen FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Caradawg Doody fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Caradawg Doody in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gilbert Dempsey, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gilbert Dempsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iowerth Felton in the 85th minute of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Llangollen FC's goalkeeper Gilbert Dempsey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mordwywr Hastings fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Weyland Green having to interfere. If Mordwywr Hastings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Llangollen FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
