Cadellin Higgler came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Llanberis FC's Teilo Egan. But to his dismay, Teilo Egan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Llanberis's zone, Teilo Egan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cadellin Higgler came out of the goal and Teilo Egan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Llanberis booed when Llanberis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Govannon Blencowe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ffodor Dalton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Lionel Felton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 21st minute Rhett Gregson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Felton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel Felton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ffodor Dalton in the 24th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Llanberis's Ffodor Dalton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lionel Felton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Llanberis FC's Lionel Felton got control of the ball when Ffodor Dalton tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teilo Egan to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Ffodor Dalton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lionel Felton was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After having played for 56 minutes, Ffodor Dalton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llanberis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ffodor Dalton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lionel Felton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rhett Gregson in the 58th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Teilo Egan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cadellin Higgler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rhett Gregson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Avaon Hellier got free with Cadellin Higgler in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albanwr Brisbane's late challenge caught a Llanberis FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albanwr Brisbane helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Llanberis getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. In the 93rd minute, Rhett Gregson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Teilo Egan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llanberis FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teilo Egan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cadellin Higgler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
