But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amren Breen couldn't finish the play. Treorchy's Dinadan Kemble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kynedyr Finneran in the 5th minute of play. Bangor's Dewey Coffee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glew Edward in the 8th minute of play. Gwilym Johnson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Glew Edward had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwilym Johnson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwilym Johnson in the 82nd minute of play forced Treorchy's goalkeeper Dinadan Kemble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Gwilym Johnson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dinadan Kemble was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Kynedyr Finneran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinadan Kemble having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Bellieus Finkley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Treorchy players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bangor from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
