Iustig Cullin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Huw Darke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Idris Emery struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Pelles Leonard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baglan FC. The supporters of Skewen FC booed when Baglan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tristram Snobscat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Huw Darke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Govannon Laing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Idris Emery made a kick off. Pelles Leonard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Idris Emery, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Baglan FC's Andras Bannon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pelles Leonard. Skewen FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Idris Emery 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Idris Emery blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pelles Leonard having to make a save. The Baglan FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Baglan FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
