Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) Malvern Hermans started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rhyl's Owein Gaoler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Rhyl from getting a goal against them. Maxen Ludden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cynan Hay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes, UWA Baglan's Perceval Hamilton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Owein Gaoler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UWA Baglan reached it. If Malvern Hermans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UWA Baglan's Andras Hockensmith got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Maddox Gale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tegvan Connolly missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 23 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Maxen Ludden right hand side. Maxen Ludden didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cynan Hay went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cynan Hay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxen Ludden having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Malvern Hermans notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of UWA Baglan's Maxen Ludden. Maxen Ludden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 37 played minutes Rhyl got a freekick which was hit by Tegvan Connolly. After 40 minutes Rhyl's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maddox Gale who took care of the corner kick. After 41 minutes, Cynan Hay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rhyl and the UWA Baglan players grew even worse after the yellow card. 44 minutes into the match, Rhyl's goal looked a bit too open when Siawn Closky came free, but Owein Gaoler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rhyl's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maddox Gale was slow to take the kick. During this time UWA Baglan's players had a chance to rest. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Siawn Closky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Rhyl's goal looked a bit too open when Andras Hockensmith came free, but Owein Gaoler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UWA Baglan's Maxen Ludden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save UWA Baglan from getting a goal against them. Cynan Hay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Malvern Hermans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Andras Hockensmith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Owein Gaoler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Owein Gaoler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siawn Closky went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute Siawn Closky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Owein Gaoler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Teregud Bowie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The UWA Baglan supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rhyl's performance. The match ended with a win for Rhyl.
