Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brian Cox started the match with the kick off. In the 9th match minute, Penarth Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avagdu Hansen to maneuver through the defense. Selyf Cordwainer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drwst Keary, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After some careless play in the Llangollen FC defense, Brian Cox kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maelwys Gee. The Llangollen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maelwys Gee should have stopped the shot. If Drwst Keary had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maelwys Gee having to interfere. Selyf Cordwainer made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Brastias Berry sent off a good shot on target. Drwst Keary received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Selyf Cordwainer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brian Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Maelwys Gee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Llangollen FC's Maelwys Gee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cadwr Isard in the 33rd minute of play. Brastias Berry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Cadwr Isard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Drwst Keary was the one to do the kick off. Selyf Cordwainer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Drwst Keary went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the match, Drwst Keary had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Selyf Cordwainer. Penarth Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Drwst Keary was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Llangollen FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Penarth Utd:s goal. The goalkeeper, Maelwys Gee, was totally fooled by Penarth Utd's Morthwyl Finn, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Llangollen FC's goalkeeper Maelwys Gee, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brastias Berry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Selyf Cordwainer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Llangollen FC's Maelwys Gee got control of the ball when Cadwr Isard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Barri Ferriter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Avagdu Hansen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maelwys Gee. That made the score 2-3 in the 83 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Llangollen FC's Malvern Folk got a free kick in the 88th minute. Cadwr Isard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Maelwys Gee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Penarth Utd's zone, Brastias Berry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Selyf Cordwainer came out of the goal and Brastias Berry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th match minute, Penarth Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avagdu Hansen to maneuver through the defense. Brastias Berry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tarrant Tapley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Selyf Cordwainer having to interfere. Penarth Utd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
